Mr. John Goslow


John Goslow is a partner of Immigration Advocates, PLLC. John decided to start Immigration Advocates, PLLC with a focus squarely on the individual client to ensure they were being given the best possible representation. ​​

Mr. Goslow maintains a practice focused on employment-based immigration law with extensive experience both in and outside the courtroom. His main areas of practice are primarily focused within the EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2, and O-1 petition categories. He works with both clients petitioning on behalf of themselves as well as working with various business, academic, and research oriented institutions regarding their business immigration needs.

John D. Goslow received his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, VA. Prior to his legal training, Mr. Goslow attended the University of Chicago where he received his M.A. degree with highest honors after receiving his B.A. from the University of Florida, graduating magna cum laude. He is a member of several prestigious honor societies and associations including the University of Florida’s Phi Beta Kappa chapter, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the Michigan Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.

John is also a duly elected representative to the Michigan State Bar Assembly representing his home Circuit District 22.
