Mr. Andy Ingebritson

"My goal is to learn about my clients and their experiences and to then build a case around them. I strongly believe in designing a customized strategy with each one rather than trying to force their unique background into a one-size-fits-all template. With good teamwork and creativity, we can develop a truly strong case"

Andy Ingebritson is a partner of Immigration Advocates, PLLC. He has extensive experience with employment-based green card petitions, and has focused his practice on challenging and unusual cases. Mr. Ingebritson has successfully responded to hundreds of Requests for Evidence (RFEs), is experienced in appealing decisions to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and has helped many individuals obtain approval even after a past denial.

Mr. Ingebritson strongly believes that the client benefits most from a close, personal relationship with an attorney dedicated to their case. He works with clients to develop a personalized strategy for EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 cases.

Mr. Ingebritson graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. He is proud to be a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.

I love to go backpacking and camping, and to see new parts of the world. I'm always eager to learn about the people and places I visit. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and history podcasts.

I have a wonderful, supportive family that has been very important in helping me get to where I am today. I'm particularly excited to marry my fiance in the coming year and for the adventures we will share together.
